Bio

La Quanna "LQ" Chong has been on the beauty scene since 2007. After attending Make Up Designory in NYC, La Quanna began working for The Powder Group as a production assistant. She had an integral role in producing The Makeup Show (NYC, Miami and LA). While working, she attended cosmetology school and became the editorial/production assistant for The Powder Group's own "On Makeup" magazine. Once licensed, La Quanna became a full-time makeup artist / hairstylist. Freelancing in the tri-state area, she has had the opportunity to worked with a wide array of clients and photographers. La Quanna was the Resident Makeup Artist for XI Magazine as well as Beauty Contributor. Currently, La Quanna divides her time between New York & Los Angeles. From The Grammy's Red Carpet to New York Fashion Week, LQ is rocking the beauty industry.
